Our approach integrated six core services to transform the facility into a modern regional hub: • Structural: Performed critical safety assessments and designed solutions for existing building fissures. • Architectural & Interior Design: Developed executive plans for spatial optimization, high-end decorative woodwork, and gypsum installations. • MEP: Engineered complete networks for HVAC, fire alarms, surveillance, and high-speed data. • Contracting: Managed execution timelines using CPM-BDM methodologies for roadwork and internal infrastructure. • Maintenance: Established a rigorous testing and commissioning phase to ensure all systems meet operational excellence before final handover.
